BNI annual get together
The brief was for a series of activities that would create team bonding and togetherness over 2 days on their residential course, however with only a 90min slot per session, for 96 participants, and it had to be physically challenging.
In conjunction with the BNI management team we put together 2 games and a timetable of team rotation playing ‘Human Table Football’ and ‘Human Wack a Mole’.
After the first rounds most of the conversations in the bar on the evening were team tactics and creating strategies for the rerun the following day.
Mission accomplished by the team at Focusing Events and the clients loved it, enough so it has now become their annual activity challenge.
