ARCHERY

These archery sessions are ideal for groups wishing to try something new, bond, and improve their archery skills. You will be instructed how to shoot a recurve bow safely and confidently throughout the session. We start by getting everyone kitted out with equipment; we will then give a short safety briefing and a demonstration of the correct shooting technique. Instructors will then help participants to get shooting so that everyone gets plenty of shooting time.

Then once you’ve all had plenty of practice targeting the gold we’ll finish off the session with a fun competition with medals for the top three archers on the day, for larger groups we also add a team element to the competition with a little trophy for the winning team.

Archery is great fun and is a very sociable sport accessible to everyone young and old. It’s ideal for team building events, weddings and stag and hen parties and your friends, guests and work colleagues will love it.

Through continued practice archery teaches participants a deep sense of mental focus and the ability to stay cool under pressure, giving them the ability to access their best performance time and again. Archery gives participants a tremendous sense of control, accomplishment and immediate gratification as the arrow hits its target.

We have access to a range of venues around Yorkshire area and the UK and will also build the archery activity at a location of your choosing, space permitting.

If your event is in the evening don’t worry, we have you covered, we can light up the archery targets and run the event late into the night, and it looks amazing.
